What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept Visa, Stripe, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more! In store we accept anything with a tap functionality; please keep in mind that there is an upper limit of $100 for credit card purchases made through tap to pay services.

Can I join a waitlist for a game that is not in stock?

Certainly! To join a waitlist for an item, simply locate it on our website and click the “Join Waitlist” button. You’ll receive an email notification when the item is back in stock.

What if the item that I want is not listed on the website?

If you’re interested in requesting specific items that haven’t made it to our website yet but are already available in our stores, simply give us a call at either of our locations. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you in finding the products you’re looking for. Remember, we’re here to help, so feel free to reach out to us by phone, and we’ll start searching for those items right away!

What is your return policy? Do my items come with a warranty?

How fast are orders shipped?

Most orders ship within 24 hours unless placed after 4pm CST on Friday or Saturday. If an order is placed on those days, it will be shipped the following Monday.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on all orders over $35!

What services do you use for free shipping?

Typically we use USPS Ground Advantage for games and UPS Ground for accessories and consoles.

The standard delivery time for both services is generally 2 to 6 business days. UPS Ground, UPS Two-Day, and UPS next day services are guaranteed to arrive on time—if they do not, you will receive a full refund for all shipping charges you paid.

How do I track my order?

All packages are shipped with tracking and delivery information to keep you up to date on the location of your purchase! The shipping information will be emailed to you once your order has been packaged in the store. If your order is placed after 4pm CST Friday through Sunday it will not be picked up by the carrier until Monday, so your tracking information may be delayed until then.

I placed a repair order at one of your stores. How long will it take to be completed?

Repairs that have been brought to the store before 2pm Monday through Thursday are generally completed that same day. From 2pm Friday through Saturday and Sunday, repairs brought in will be completed usually by Monday at 6pm. Repairs must be brought directly to our location off College Drive for this to apply!

What happened to the arcade???

Now this is an important question! Unfortunately due to the back-to-back moves we had to make in the mall, we sold our arcade cabinets to loving homes from 2020-2023 since we did not have the space for them anymore. We are all heartbroken. While there is no active plan to rebuild our arcade, it is still on the minds of many who work here. Aside from the Arcade Classics cabinet that we still have at our College Drive location, the arcade we all know and love lives only in our hearts. RIP.
