Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit the needs of your purchase!

Free Shipping – Estimated delivery 2 to 5 days. Available to orders over $35 going to the contiguous United States only. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST typically process in 1 business day.

USPS Ground Advantage – Estimated delivery 2 to 5 days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST typically process in 1 business day.    

UPS Ground – Estimated delivery 1 to 5 days. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes! Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST typically process in 1 business day.

UPS Second Day Air – Guaranteed 2 business day delivery. No weekend delivery. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes! Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST typically process in the same day.    

UPS Next Day Air – Guaranteed next business day delivery. No weekend delivery. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes! Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST typically process the same day.  

 

Package Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been processed for shipping. If your order was placed on Saturday or Sunday tracking will not update until Monday evening or the next day.

 

Return Policy and Warranty for Online Orders

All pre-owned merchandise can be returned for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, within 30 days of order date. If you would like to initiate a return for an online order, please reach out to us through support@gameware.com or follow the steps listed below. 

Additionally, all pre-owned items have a 90 day warranty that covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, neglect, or power surges. If a manufacturer defect is discovered during the warranty period, at our discretion, we will either fix the item free of charge or replace it with an identical item.

New merchandise can be returned for a refund within 30 days only if it is unopened. If the merchandise is open, we cannot offer a refund. 

Items that are found to be defective upon opening may be replaced for an identical item within 30 days of purchase, and are not eligible for refunds.

 

How To Initiate a Return or Exchange for an Online Order

  1. Log into your account and select Orders. (Or reach out to us at support@gameware.com)
  2. Locate your order and choose Return or Replace Items.
  3. Check off which item/s you are returning or replacing.
  4. Click on Return or Replacement Items.
  5. Choose Replacement Item or Refund.
  6. Select Reason For Return Request.
  7. Click Submit.

We typically respond within 1 business day.

 

In-Store Purchases

Return Policy and Warranty for In-Store Purchases

All returns and exchanges require a receipt.

Pre-owned merchandise can be returned for a refund of the purchase price or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. No refunds are available for pre-owned merchandise after 7 days.

Additionally, we offer a 90-day warranty on all pre-owned items. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, neglect, or power surges. Exchange for identical items only. If identical item is not available store credit will be issued.

Unopened new merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt.

Unopened new merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date, with a receipt. If the merchandise is open, we cannot offer a refund.

All repairs are backed by a 90 day warranty. The warranty covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts installed by Gameware as well as the workmanship associated with the repair only, and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, neglect, or power surges.
