Pre-owned product returns

All pre-owned items are guaranteed to work. If you are not completely satisfied simply return the item within 7 days for an exchange or your money back. Your store receipt must be included with the return.

How to Return Products Purchased Online

To return or exchange an item to, log into your account, click on the Your Orders tab, locate the order, select product(s) and click on the return button.

Return to Gameware store

Product(s) may be returned to a Gameware store location of your choice. Product(s) returned to a Gameware store location must be accompanied by the original invoice. Store returns are subject to manager approval.


Refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method. Purchases with gift receipts have option to receive an exchange or a gift card of equal value. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Gameware Store Return Policy

  • A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Unopened new merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
  • Opened new merchandise may be exchanged for the identical item within 30 days of date of purchase with receipt but cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Pre-owned (used) merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of date of purchase with receipt.
  • 30 day warranty on all pre-owned (used) merchandise. Exchange for identical item only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Products returned more than 30 days from the received date.

  • Products that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).

  • Products not in original condition.

  • Products that are damaged, missing parts, cases, or manuals.
