The Rugrats take turns climbing up to the Play Palace 3000 (PP3K) and soon find that something’s amiss. As they climb higher, the Palace moves further out of their reach. It is no surprise that Angelica, the self-appointed Queen of the PP3K, is behind all of this mischief. The remaining cast of characters must take back their treasured possessions, rescue their friends and claim their own place in the Play Palace.
